Sorry the topic title is a bit of a missmatch. Some moron in my house used a keygen yesterday and ever since my computer has been playing up. It will only load certain websites (for instance, I cannot search for anything at google and can only load the first page after I click "search" nothing happens) I can have access to some websites but other pages like facebook and myspace will not load at all. Right now it's extremely selective about what it opens. If I go to ebay I get a bunch of little and large windows opening for adult matchmaker, or other stupid sites (mostly not porn, just advertisements) and those little windows that ask me if I want to click on "okay" because my computer may just be infected or at risk.

I ususally use zonealarm, but I was told to use something called "Nod" I installed it and it found a couple of trojans and cleaned it. I then tried SmitFraudFix and still nothing. When I start the computer it comes up as some kind of rundll error (dorgfque.dll) and another one.

It's driving me crazy, I can't seem to fix it. I even tried system recovery but of course it told me it couldn't do that either.

So, any help would be extremely appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hello soakmesuper, Welcome to TSF!

There are two ways to fix this issue..
1: Try a System Restore back say, two days before the keygen was used..to do this go Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore follow the on-screen prompts to restore the computer back a couple of days.

2: If Method One does not work; then, I recommend that you read this article… "Having problems with spyware and pop-ups? - First Steps"; follow the instructions very carefully; then, post all the requested logs and information; as instructed, in the HiJackThis Log Help Forum.
(Simply, click on the coloured links to be re-directed.)

Please ensure that you create a new thread in the HiJackThis Log Help Forum; not back here in this one.

When carrying out The 5 Steps, if you cannot complete any of them for whatever reason, just continue on with the next one until they are all completed.
However,it is extremely important to make mention of the fact that you could not complete any of the steps in your post to The HJT Help Forum; where an Analyst will assist you with other workarounds.

Once done, please be patient, as the Security Team Analysts are usually very busy; one of them will answer your request as soon as they can.

Good Luck with it.

Kind Regards,
