Until recently I have been able to prepare forms in MS Word and route them both internally within my firm and externally to clients. Then one day, I could no longer route the forms externally and only sometimes have the ability to route internally. My systems people tell me that Microsoft put a patch in place on Windows that blocks routing of this type because of encoder security issues. Has anyone heard of that? Or is there another answer to my dilemma?
