Mandriva Linux Router on VMware connecting host WinXP OS and Guest WinXP OS to internet.

Any tutorial for doing that ? And after configuring
the Linux Router with both eth0 and eth1 to
eth0=>bridged and eth1=>vmnet2, is needed to change
anything on WinXP OS Host at "Network Connection" on 'Control panel' ?
