Router destroys my internet

im having problems with my router completely disconnecting me from the internt wired and wirelessly. i bought a recertified linksys by cisco wrt120n a month ago and had trouble making it work right out of the box but that was solved by calling tech support. last week my internet cut out on me for no reason and i havent been able to make it work at all while the router is hooked up. my situation is that i have one computer with windows xp home with a wired connection and another computer with windows 7 wirelessly connected. when i log into my router it displays the subnet mask, default gateway, dns 1, 2, and 3 as 0.0.0.0. when i do a diagnostic on the windows 7 pc it says the dns server is not responding

ISP: SBC Internet Services
Type of connection: DSL
Modem: Motorola 2210-02-1002 DSL Modem
Router: Linksys by Cisco Wireless-N Home Router WRT120N
Security: Norton Internet Security. however i dont think this is a computer problem as my internet works perfectly when router isnt connected

ipconfig /all without the router connected

"when i log into my router it displays the subnet mask, default gateway, dns 1, 2, and 3 as 0.0.0.0. "

I take it you are talking about your wan page setting in the router?

This means you are not getting a ip from your provider.
If you connect a pc to the router does it get internet?

If so you need to clone its mac address to the routers wan port. There is usually a button in the wan page setup that says this and will do it automatically for you.

Otherwise you need to call your isp and have them do a line test.
