Since that's probably a hardware issue, it would help a lot if you mentioned the specifics of the hardware. 
Rom Bios Not Found Error on NT 4.0 Machine
On NT startup receive message of Rom Bios Not Found. No options as to what to do, have to restart.
Any suggestions??
