Well, have you swapped it for a different switch to see if the problem follows the switch? If so, it's probably time for a repair/replacement. :smile:

Nothing that I'm aware of, and since only one switch does it, I'd be looking at either input power issues or a bad switch. Have you considered a cheap UPS for that switch to eliminate power glitches?
