I'm using Windows 7 64-bit. IE 9.

I've downloaded Roboform2go v. 7.2.6 trial. This program allows me to plug in a USB into any computer to manage my Internet website passwords on any computer.

I tried it at a public library with success. Originally, the library's firewall refused access to Roboform2go. A Roboform2go message requested me to go to a Roboform website and include a program for Roboform2go. I did so, and then was able to 'get around the firewall' and access Roboform2go on the library's computer.

I tried the Roboform2go USB at another public place with computers. I downloaded the Roboform2go program from the Roboform site in an attempt to 'get around the firewall' which had again hindered Roboform2go. I wasn't successful - because of the firewall. I talked to a manager of the coffee house. She said their firewall was set up to prevent intrusions like Roboform2go.

I tried to go to a Roboform forum to ask for help. I couldn't login. It was a requirement to log in to see any of posts or ask for help.

That's why I'm asking here.
Maybe someone has some knowledge of Roboform they can pass to me.
I've got 17 days left of my trial and I'm trying to decide if I want the product.

I'm also wondering if I downloaded Roboform2go trial, could I, instead, purchase Roboform Pro (for one computer)?

Thanks for any help, Mark.

I'm not sure I was correct about it being a firewall problem...

Here's the actual message I received at the public library:
"Cannot attach to PC reservations client module.exe - 4.1.2.16518!"

"The browser is not natively supported or compatible with Roboform. You need to install Roboform add-on into your browser. www.roboform.com/browsers.html" - Roboform supported platforms url.
BTW, the library's browser was IE - the same browser I use at home and are successfully using Roboform2go.

I went to the Roboform address on the Internet and clicked on Roboform2go. Then I could access Roboform2go at the public library - at least I think this caused the problem to go away.

When I tried to use the Roboform2go USB at the second business that had public computers and was unsuccessful, I received an error/warning message that wasn't at all explicit. The second business' computers also used the IE browser. I went to the RoboForm Supported Platforms address and clicked on Roboform2go. That didn't correct the problem. I went to a manager who said she was sure it was because of the firewall.

Does anyone have knowledge of Roboform products or can lead in that direction? Should I be in another section of this forum?

Thanks again for any help, Mark.
