Right Speaker screwed up

Not sure where this goes, but it has to do with more than just the hardware...

I think that my iTunes is making it so that the EQ is louder in the left speaker than the right? How can I test to see if it is my program, or if the speaker is blown?

I can hear that the right speaker makes sound, but it's signifigantly quieter than the left.

Try a different media player to see if the right speaker is still quiet, and try using headphones. Do your speakers have separate volume controls for left and right?

Do you have the same music files stored elsewhere (CD, hard drive, etc) so you can test them for volume/balance?

Could it be that the MP3s have been recorded with the balance slider moved to the left? Is it all files?

Check the balance slider in Volume Control and iTunes (sorry, I don't use iTunes so I don't know where to look for the slider).
