When I right click on an avi/mpeg/wmv i get this 'play on my' option. Anyone have any ideas what it is? How do I remove it?

That is added by the Nvidia driver package.

It becomes part of the Right-click Context Menu Handler.

While I don't recommend it, you can remove unwanted things from that using this; http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html

I think it's mainly for use for people with multiple monitors. You'd get more than one listing with multiple monitors. If you only have one monitor it looks pretty useless.
