Wow. My 1394 Firewire card randomely decided to stop working, not let me connect any external hard drives, or my laptop. When I try to repair the connection, for it has not DNS, Subnet Mask, or anything, I get the error message,
"Windows could finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot completed:
TCP/IP is not enabled for this connection. Cannot proceed.
For assistance, contact the person who manages your network."
Right. I am the person who manages my network, and I did nothing. What is going on, and what do I need to do to fix this? Thanks for the help!
