Download Findlop by Metallica. Unzip it to your desktop.
Double click findlop.bat. It will open a notepad file.
Copy the content of that file and past it here in your reply.

Download Silent runners.Vbs http://www.silentrunners.org/
1. Make sure you have any script blocking software disabled
2. Run the program. It will take a few minutes to complete.
3. Once complete it will produce a log named “StartupPrograms” with Your user and date in the filename. Open that txt file and posts it contents in your next post

Open your Task Scheduler and under the TASKS folder delete these jobs..

Please run an online scan at http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm
Once it has finished save the activescan log. Then post that log in your next post along with another FINDLOP log.

*Note* I still need a Silentrunners log. What you posted contained the CODE base for the program itself. The log size it creates is less then 10K..not 200K+

For example..it should create a log file simular to this name...Startup Programs (Your User Name) 2004-12-30.txt on C:\
