The situation is that I have two network connections. I have one university T3 line and my own personal DSL line. I want to make one of my programs(suppose Bittorrent) exclusively use the DSL line, while all web browsing and downloading from ftp servers is through the T3 line.

The temporary solution I have in place is to change the interface metric of the DSL NIC to 1000 and T3 NIC to 1. However, now I can only use the DSL line if the T3 is not connected.

Is there something in Win XP that would let me have program control, or atleast block certain ports on one NIC to the program will be forced to use the other NIC?
