Restoring Toshiba Laptop from the basic

Hi,
I have a question for all.

Can anyone let me know is there a way or key combination to restore Toshiba XP PC's to the basic(like the way one get PC from the company)?

I know how to restore Dell PC's to the basic installation. One has to shut down his or her PC and start it again, while its starting you need to press CRTL+F11 and it will ask you whether to restore it from the basic version you got from the company.

If any ideas or any help would be greatly appreciated.
