Restoring files in "My Backup" folder

Recently I did a system recovery on my PC and it gave me the option to save program files in a folder "My Backup". After the recovery was over my computer was working once again but all of these files are still in the "My Backup" folder. Is it possible for me to restore thes files and if so how?!?!?! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using windows XP pro if that helps at all. Thanks!!!

Welcome to TSF....

Since all of the backup programs work a bit differently it would be a good thing to know the make and model of computer you have?

Its a gateway 560 GE

On this page you will find a link for a gateway user guide when clicking on the link it will download a dpf file that you can save and reference and should be able to find out how to restore your data.
