restore emachine for factory setting

Hi! I have an emachine desktop Model T3642 AMD Athlon (tm) 64 Processor 4000 2.60GHz, 1.00 GB memory and 32bit operating system. It has Windows Vista Home Premium service pack 2. I want to restore it to factory setting but my problem is that I forgot the admin password and I don't have the disks for the programs. Please help. Thank you.
