Western Digital WD2500JB Size Problem

I built my computer about 3-4 months ago and realized that my hard drive only has a capacity of 127GB, when its actually capacity should be 250gb. I didnt worry about it at first but now i need the space and the website explanation is a little hard to work with. Can anyone explain how to change it to 250gb full capacity?

and it didnt fix any of my problems, i have sp2 and my HD is still only 127.

While your drive is only 127gigs, that's because it was partitioned before you installed SP1 or SP2. You can go to Disk Management now and partition the remaining part as a separate drive letter. The other option is to buy something like Partition Magic and resize the partition to the full drive size.

I'm assuming that since you build the computer a few months ago, that the BIOS date is later than the mid to late 2002 timeframe, right?
