Unwanted icons, add/remove menu

After uninstalling some progs/games the icons still remain in add/remove menu. Just one of those annoying little things that bug the hell out of me, sad I know, but does anyone know how to get rid of them.

[Resolution]

Navigate to the following registry key...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Click the plus sign (+) next to it to get a list of program keys. Find the keys for the programs that you can't seem to remove from Add/Remove Programs and delete just those keys.
