playing recordings...

I have a pocket pc, and i created notes with recordings in them, I can play them in outlook, but i want to clean them up a little bit. A lot actually...if possible.
The problem is I cant seem to extract just the audio, the recording is inside a pwi file. I can only seem to get outlook to open it. Microsoft word will open it, but the recording doesnt appear, only what i wrote in the note accompanying the recording.
anyway, is there anything i can do to extract the recording file to like a wav file or something? or maybe even office can clean up the quality a little?

Convert PWI into WAV , Extracting WAV from PWI

Or if that looks too complicated (reverse engineering and programming :dead: ), play the file in Outlook and set your recording software to "record what you hear". You can do this with Audacity (freeware) and then clean up the quality with the noise remover.
