I just got a hp laptop 3 days ago and it was working fine then I downloaded some games and it started to get hot and run slow I reset it to factory but it's on 64%and it keeps starting over and it's been doing this for almost a day now what's wrong or whay do I do?

if its 3 days old you may want to consider taking back to the shop
If you reset to factory and did a full clean install - then it sounds like a hardware issue

If this is new return it to where you got it. If you bought it used, then there may be an issue with the HDD, or the processor fan is failing. Press F10 to Boot into Setup (Bios) Is the HDD listed on the Main Page? Is there is a section for PC Health see what the temperatures are and if fan is spinning.
Remove the battery and run it on just the power adapter.
