I have a FSP250-50LPU that fried. It has unique case dimensions that appears hard to find. I have several ATX stlye PSU's, assuming I can work around physical barriers, can one of these be substituted?

Here is my concerns:

1) the flex atx had a 4pin yellow/black wire square plug (12v I understand); can I just splice this into one of the drive connectors on the ATX replacement?

2) the atx has an extra 2pin purple/black connector which I assume is for on/off sense. the micro atx label appears to have this included in the 20 pin connector. will the atx work without a home for that 2 pin connector?

The ATX (I want to use) is a GATEWAY WK-6200DL3N1 200W POWER SUPPLY

The Flex-atx (I want to replace) is a FSP250-50LPU

note both PSU's have a 20 pin P1 connector.

colors across the 20 pin match except 1 wire color, and the ATX has 1 extra blue wire going into a position that the flex atx is empty.

I can post pics if that helps.

Note this is going into a light-duty older pentium machine with only 1 HDD and 1 CDR, so it's not like I'm pushing the limits on PSU consumption.
