Hi, bear with me here because I am not terribly tech savvy. I recently installed a copy of Windows with SP3 on my MacBook Pro with Boot Camp. I used OSX and XP in coherence with Parallels for several days, and seemingly out of the blue my Windows Virtual Machine was infected with TotalSecurity. The program is completely debilitating, I am unable to open anything but Internet Explorer. Any help would be eternally useful; I am not terribly keen on the idea of reinstalling XP, but if I have to I have to. Thanks in advance

Boot into Safe Mode, install and run an app such as Malware Bytes. Assuming you can boot into Safe Mode, otherwise, reinstall.
