I am trying to set up a laptop for an employee that used to be another employee's laptop. The previous employee seems to have installed some wallpaper called RCN Sexy Wallper that changes the Wallpaper image of a model at set intervals. Problem is that I cannot turn it off and it will run on other profiles. I cannot seem to find a way to remove it. The best I can do is turn it off but it turns back on after every reboot.

Can anybody help me out here?

If you can't find an uninstall program from Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs or by searching in the Program Files folder, then you could use WinPatrol to stop the program from starting with windows and then just delete the installation folder.

You could also try revo uninstaller if it is not in add/remove programs.
