I am running window XP on my computer. Previously I installed Symantec antivirus software. The said software canot be removed using add or remove command. Now I have installed MSE. My computer is running very slow. How to uninstall Symantic. Please help.

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool: https://www-secure.symantec.com/nor...=&actstat=activated&substatus=current&ncoap=1

You should never install an antivirus package (ie MSE) until your existing one has been fully removed.
