When I open MS outlook, a message pops up saying add-in"C:\progra~1\spaml~1\bin\484~1.0\sbolext.dll" appears.I tried to use fix and repair, but it still comes on. I am using XP Home. Please help me to remove this annoying message. Thanks. Lacy

I would guess you managed to successfully removed the malware, but Outlook still references to it. Also according to that post, there should be a setting somewhere in Outlook that allows to set or remove add-ins. I think this article has the steps:

install avast nativirus then update itthen scan your system with avast in bnoott time.
