Hi all.

I am currently experiencing problems with Itunes. I have tried to uninstall the program so that i can reinstall, but when i go to the control panel and select the program, it says that "the feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is currently unavaliable"

Also, when i click on the desktop icon it says that "this action is only valid for products that are installed"

Can anyone help?

You can try the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to see if it can remove it for you

Just tried it and it hasn't worked.

Did you restart the computer after you used the utility?

I didnt do it properly last time.
Just done it again and it has worked. U are a genius!!
