Hey guys,
I'm experiencing a bit of a problem at the moment. I have a hp officejet 4215 all-in-one printer, connected to a Win XP based PC. I then have a Win 7 and a MacBook connected to the printer via network. Yesterday I asked my brother to print a document for me on the MacBook not realising I still had not installed the drivers for the printer. I don't know which option he chose but if I look at the queue for the printer (on the Win XP PC) there is a "Remote Downlevel Document" there which will not delete. So now I can't print anything.
So please, can anyone help me fix this problem?
Thanks
