I was using Ideal Administration on windows Server 2008 and with the help of that i could easily access desktop of all clients on the network without password for troubleshooting and support. Ideal Administration expired after one month and I am looking for free tool which can remotely access client's PC desktop from server without password.

You want it to bypass a user's password so you can remote control it? Does your environment have SCCM installed?

Network administrator is authorized for access all clients hidden drives and other options that's why he is administrator. I use Ideal Administration for this purpose and believe me it was really very nice tool for remote desktop and many others tasks. The problem is, it is not free and SCCM not installed in my network as i am using windows server 2008 for Domain controller.
