When using Remote Assistance in a LAN environment, is there any way for an Administrator to control a user’s workstation without going through all the steps of the user requesting assistance, the administrator accepting the request, etc. To me, it seems there should be a way for an Administrator to take over a user’s workstation, without having to get their permission.
