I'm getting a 1606 error, and "Document and Settings\All Users\Desktop" not found. When installing programs that no longer work anymore.

Well that directory is still there. So it must be some kind of shell value in the registry, but its like looking for a needle in a haystack.

I tried JV16 power tools reg fix but it didn't help.

Any Ideas? Thx
