Hey, Folks-
I recently purchased a copy of MS Office Visio Standard 2007 from Academic Superstore in Austin, TX. I am a student and attempted to install the software on my recently-updated PC (HP/XP/DVD, etc.). When I attempted to enter the authorization code (25-character), I could not find it at the appropriate location on the plastic box (top). There are two bar-coded numbers there plus a 25-character code number that must be the authorization code, but when I attempt to enter it, a sign pops up that says 'there are no zeros in authorization codes' (this number has a total of four zeros!).
What gives? How am I supposed to proceed with the prospect of having the software shut down if I don't enter the code??
Perplexed in WI!!
