I am adminastator and only user of my computer. i can access everything.
but when i try to install a program (kazaa lite, counterstrike, norton antivirus) the installation cant acces my registery. its denied. so i cant install any programs at all
and its no problem to acces my registers with regedit.exe

is there anyway to controll the access rights off my registery or any other way to help me out with the problem

There is but if you are admin and don't know where the settings are they aren't your problem...
