I'm a newbie here so please bear with me. I bought a used compaq armada 7400 with win xp/pro installed on it. It has a p2 processor @ 365 MHZ WITH 128 MG of ram. It has no floppy drive, and came with no win xp cd. This thing is so slow I can't use it. I want to reformat it and install win 98se, but it won't let me reformat. I have a win 98 disk. The laptop has the NTFS file system. Can anybody explain to me how I can reformat this and install win98 without a floppy drive.
