After installing Yahoo Messenger and Any Video Converter I am getting this message 0x72831099 instruction 0x00000004 asking me to debug. System restore too does not solve this problem. Can you help me?

The obvious answer is to uninstall both , although I can't see yahoo causing the prob. Then run the comp to see if the prob occurs. If not install one of the programs and see if that causes it to happen, etc.
