Referar

Can anyone help me. A while ago I registered a name with a referrer called secureserver.net. I latter found out they are a reseller. Their site does not work anymore. I contacted the hosting company (goddady.com) and they reffered me to the parent company (websytz.com). I have sent them numerous emails and call them on the phone and they ignore me. I need access to their site to change our DNS nameserver. I have filed a complaint with ICANN and don't know what other options I have. In the meantime my new webhosting company is waiting for me to change the DNS nameserver. I don't want to change the domain name. Does anyone know what I can do.
