Red or blue screen

I have an HP. I have chosen all safe modes to start with, last known ....., and normal start and all lead me to either a blue screen or red. No lettering, nothing before or after just a Colored screen. The night before this started I had downloaded an adobe upload notice ( which I now assume was a virus ) but after instalation it worked fine. I then ran norton and set auto shutdown after scans. I have also tried system recovery and And the loading bar starts up then freezes. Help.

BTW: I am using a iPhone for searches... Very time consuming.
