I have 6 dvd-recorders in my computer,i find softwer to record on the 6 recorders at the same time!But that softwer (juggler) write only at the 4 dvd recorders!Maybe the proble is that two recorders are conected to do raid contoler at the matherboard!I set raid to work as ide but i can not to write again at these two dvd-recorders!Can anybody help me to resolwe that problem!

Are the two drives in question visible in Windows explorer? Can these two drives read discs? You might be able to enable the controller in BIOS to IDE mode, but I think some RAID controllers just don't work with IDE DVD burners, they only work with hard drive discs.

Yes,thay are visible in Windows explorer,and thay can read cd!

can you see all six burners in the 'juggler' program? Can you burn to JUST the two burners on the Promise controller thru 'juggler' or ANY burning program?

No,i can not wite on that two writers!i think that the main problem is a raid,but i dont have ultra-ata ide controler to put into pci slot,to try that option!

What is the make and model number of your motherboard? What hard drives do you have attached to your system? Do you get error messages? Post the error messages if you get them. What are the makes of your burners? Have you tried moving them around if they are of different makes?
