hm.. regrading cpu i think i will take intel.. coz i think they are still owning amd... price is fine, i wont be going to run dual display cards.. all i want is a good plain mobo, coz i got my own soundcard and stuff, btw will those plain mobo come with a lan card?

Any decent MB today will come with lan and sound built in have a look at the GA EP45 UD3L for Gigabyte or the Asus P5Q .

I second to the GA EP45 UD3L. Built one and it works without flaw in a basic setup. Very clean and easy to setup board. No shortage of spare cables, either.
