Greetings, all.

I recently formatted my computer. It is the first time I have done so on this computer. My computer is equipped with an integrated sound card, and I thought all I had to do was go to this site and downloaded the driver:

http://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/3312/

So I download it and run the setup. However, once the setup finishes, I get an error that says "Driver not found! Reboot and run the setup again." Rebooting does not help. I get the same message, and my sound still doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated - thanks.

Your dell should have come with a CD that has the software on it. You just pop it in, and it will install the drivers.

If you do not have the CD, call Dell. They should be able to help you out with that.

Good luck.
