I have a Lenovo K450 2THD 16G Ram Win 8.1. All of a sudden when I start the computer, the
system boots but will not open. I have t reboot 3/4 x's before it opens, and sometimes it will
not open for a couple of minutes after it boots. T.I.A.for any help.

Thanks,When I reboot the system the screen shows the word" Lenova", as it does upon a reboot, then the screen stays dark, nothing, I have to reboot 2 or 3 times for the sign in screen to appear.

How long are you waiting between each restart? Are you sure its not just slow?

After the screen turns black I have left it for as long as ten minutes, then reboot til it finally opens to sign in page.
