Hi guys, i am experiencing a similar problem to that of vanessa. My PC freezes when i right click on anything on my desktop. It just gets stuck with the hour glass thing and doesnot respond to anything, and then the Dr.Watson thing comes up. I noticed u told her to send a print of her msconfig, so i'm sending mine too. (i sent all 3 pages of it, including the 1s that are unticked).

I would really appreciate any help i can get, coz this problem is really frustrating me!!!

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread.
