I bought and downloaded the game Resturant Empire last night, and when I tried to play it, I keep getting the following box.

re.exe has stopped working

Can someone help me? I have already contacted the site I bought/downloaded the game from, and no response yet.

uninstall the program
Run the setup as an administrator
Right click the setup file>click "Run as Administrator"
see if this fixes the issue

If this is correct than you better scan for viruses/malware.

Run a Windows SYstem Restore to help give you breathing room -
START | type rstrui - choose restore point prior to the program installation

Not familiar with prevex; Norton - all too familiar.

Use any anti-virus product you wish, but personally, I discourage the use of a 3rd party firewall for users of Vista & Windows 7.
