i recently fried my motherboard and need to get a new one and thought i might aswell get a new cpu and ram

im thinking about getting a MSI 890FXA-GD70 motherboard, AMD Phenom II X4 975 Black Edition,

i dont know what ram cards to get so could you suggest some i looking to go for 4 gig ram - 8 gig if i can cleanly install a 64bit os of windows 7 home premium
