i have a rca opal 4204 that i bought in october of 2008. ya i know it;s been a while but it was a gift that a 1 year warranty was purchased aswell. well one week later the usb connection broke so i have a friend of mine fix it. it worked great then the piece had to be fixed a second time because he forgot to do something when he did it that time something happened. now it wont turn on it wont do nothing plug it to the computer nothing happens hold the button down for aslong as you want it wont come on. i tried taking it back a month later they said no. called rca got nobody. how can i get this mp3 player fixed. the reason i need it is to record. any help is appreciated. i can take pics if needed.
