Hello.

I think my computer has a virus. I keep getting random pop-ups from IE even though i am not using that browser. I was told ages ago to switch to Mozilla to prevent the risk of viruses so that's what i have done. But something happened and now i get these stupid pop-up ads. Most of them are from "rightonadz" and the other ones just flash on my screen and disappear again.

Please help.
Oh, i am currently using Windows XP.

I've been haveing these problems too. I also get popups fron adsite as well as riteonadz. I hope someone can fix this.

It sounds like you have been hit with some form of spyware. Follow these general 5 steps to try and root out the spyware. Then if the 5 steps don't solve your problem post a Hijackthis Log in the HJT forum section.
