Random internet disconnects and high latency

I am not by any means a computer wiz nor do i understand most of the lingo, i should be working on this but i havent.* That is just to say that if you find something and want to help me resolve it, please be very specific and try to explain things for me.* I would greatly appreciate your time and effort in helping me to resolve these issues.here is the log:
