I have experiencing random Freeze/refresh on my computer.

Most of the time the screen freeze for about 5-15second (mouse or keyboard don't work) and the screen go black and then it refresh to the screen before it freeze. After that the computer go back to normal.

Sometime after the freeze and black screen, it auto reboot. It don't have any warning or blue screen, during and after reboot.

I have check the memory with memtest+ V1.55 for 2hours and have no error.
I have also use the hard disk with the manufacturer's software to check the hard disk and it seems all working fine.
I didn't overclock the computer at all.
All the component in the computer is new. All dirver and BIOS is up to date.

Right click on the desktop, select properties, there should be a tab with (video card name and clock)example mine is MSI clock. There will be three sliders and each will have a default button and an apply button click the default and the settings should reset to 2D 300, 3D 500, Mem 1000 then hit apply. close out it may tell you to restart.
The other possability is the DOT may be enabled (at the bottom of that same box) disable it. This may be why you didn't know it was OC'd.

I will try to reduce to clock speed.

From the last Auto reboot, a blue screen has show the following:

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: nv4_disp

Stop: 0x000000EA (0x85B7F798, 0X85068998, 0xF78B2CB4, 0x00000001)

nv4_disp
Deginning dump of phyical memory
Physical memory dump complete

What does it mean??

all the setting on the display driver is in defaults and i did not see any related to to clock speed. i think i might need another software to reduce the clock speed.

I have updated the display card driver from forceware 77.77 to 81.85. the ramdom freeze does not happen yet so far. i dont know, i hope it solve the NV4_disp problem.
