I highly reccommend Crucial, corsair and OCZ memory / OCZ is probally the best memory made on the market especially their high end over clocker capable memory / all these have a memory configurator which gives you guaranteed memory models to work with your mobo !!
OCZ's memory configurator is hidden under the SUPPORT tab at top of web page
I dont advise you do any over clocking unless its only a 5% bump with a PSU thats that marginal / you will cook soemthing !!
eneramax or antec PSU = 550 watts (these are high quality units)
