RAM timings and frequency..

is it fine if i change the ram frequency... it is set at default at DDR2-969 and all timings are auto... now ive changed it to DDR2-808 and the voltage at 1.9v and their timings is at 5-5-5-12... i just want to know if this settings will run fine...

at first... the first glitch i encountered when it restarts... my MSN messenger have error after receiving offline msgs (saying sum10 to flash player but i reinstalled it already and the problem persists).. i dun know if this is because of the RAM settings..thus i have to go online first on other comp and get rid the offline msgs and now it runs fine (hopefully)

the second is the windows security alert appear saying my antivirus is OFF while actually it is running.. im using kaspersky... is this also because of ram?

how do i know if the settings im doing now will run stable? please help and provide any guidance... thanx!
