Well I assume you are going to upgrade the ram eventually so why worry about it. Otherwise buying all this 800 MHz stuff was a waste of money................
RAM question
would using pc2700 ddr ram instead of pc3200 degrade the system performance alot by causing a bottleneck when paired with intel p4 2.4c 800mhz cpu?

As Speedo says, if you're buying new RAM, buy the fastest stuff your MB supports, but I wouldn't replace existing RAM, the difference won't be worth it.
