Hi,
Is it possible to install 2 SATA hard drives and connect them to RAID with Boot Manager for separate operating system on each disk.
Specifically I intend to use the first disk for internet and other tasks like Photoshop, the second drive with it clean and minimal system for games only.
I'm complete newbie to RAID and frankly don't really understand the whole concept.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know of any RAID controllers for SATA, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.

RAID - Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks, is a group of techniques to use multiple disks to enhance speed, reliablilty, or both.

Rather than typing all the stuff in, check out this Description of RAID Levels and get back to us with any specific questions.

Once you read this, I think you'll see that what you're talking about with separate disks for different data doesn't fit into the RAID landscape. :)
